After becoming first-time pet parents in 2017 with our first betta fish, we knew that we were going to be pet parents forever, but quickly learned that pet parenting was not as easy as we thought it would be.

We saw that the pet industry was very fragmented and everyone had different perspectives on what was the right way to take care of betta fish. With getting different advice from every pet store we visited, our fish kept dying and we needed to keep replacing our betta fish.

After many tears, many hours researching proper betta care, and much frustration that our fish kept dying after we would get attached to them, we knew there had to be a better way to care for the animals we wanted to care for.

After parenting many betta fish since then, and rescuing kitties and pups and becoming foster parents for our local animal shelter, we realized that better quality pet products and pet care support had to start with us...

In 2018, we created Care About My Pet, with the thought of enhancing the lives of pets and pet parents everywhere. Because of our love and passion for pets and the highest of standards, Care About My Pet only carries the highest of quality of pet care products and accessories from around the United States and the world, and bring it all in one place.

We will even go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with our specialized pet care services and find for you anything you need for your pet that is not currently in our catalog or line of services to make sure your precious furry friend is best taken care of.
